Provide member service by acknowledging the member's needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services;
Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Maintain registers and lanes, stock register supplies, and reduce shrink by identifying concealed merchandise;
Follow liquor sales policies by securing merchandise, maintaining signage, verifying member identification, and completing required paperwork;
Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist in account decisions and renewals.
