Perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems;
Respond to temperature control requests by quickly handling guest and team member work orders, troubleshooting and adjusting HVAC systems;
Monitor system performance through visual equipment inspections to proactively identify issues;
Assist with start-up, shut-down, and daily operation of HVAC equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency;
Document maintenance activities and flag any issues requiring further attention
