Accounting Manager Onsite

We’relooking for an Accounting Manager with CPG(foodorbeveragemanufacturing) experience who enjoys being close to the product, the plant, and the people. This is a hands‑on role with real influence.

You willhelpown core accounting operations while partnering with the Controller tomaintainfinancial reporting and support a growing consumer brand.

You’llsit at the intersection of manufacturing, inventory, trade spend, and financial reporting.

• Help managehands-on daily and monthly accounting,reconciliations, including month-endclose
• Maintain the general ledger, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assistin preparingaccuratemonthly and annual financial statement sin accordance withGAAP

• Assistwithinventory accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and reconciliations between physical and financialinventory
• Partner with operations and manufacturing to ensureaccuratecosting, yield, and wastereporting
• Assist Controller withgross margin analysis by channel, product line, and customer
• Partner closelywithaccounts receivable and payable, with attention to deductions, collections, and cashflow

• Support the Controller in financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis

• Monitor and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support ERP and system enhancements as the business grows in complexity andvolume
• Assistwithtax, regulatory, and food manufacturingcompliancerequirements

• Create cross-training and process documentation to ensure continuity and reliability
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented accountingfunction

• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or manufacturingaccounting
• Strong understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and gross margins
• Hands-on experience managing month-end close in a growingenvironment
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting systems
