This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Administrator, located in San Leandro, CA. The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects effectively. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking project timelines and budgets, coordinating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to efficiently handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
