Position: Executive Assistant (EA)

Job Title

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office (Create power point, excel and word docs)

Manage Technology Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

Excellent in creating reports, pivots.

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.

Act as a liaison between Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.

Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and calls.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
