Job Summary
Acts as an extension of senior management ensuring a positive customer experience while being the representative of senior management to others. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
LocationSan Leandro, CA – 100% onsite.
Role Impact- Anticipates the needs of senior management and manages their schedules
- Arranges and coordinates travel, including expense reports and visa/passport requirements
- Gathers, compiles, verifies, and analyzes information for use in memos, letters, reports, presentations, and news releases
- Facilitates smooth communication between senior management, coworkers, and external parties such as media, customers, vendors, and the public
- Maintains the security and confidentiality of management records and files
- Monitors, reviews, and approves standard expenditures to ensure activities are conducted within established budgets
- Performs tasks using independent judgment, including preparing documents and presentations, screening and responding to correspondence and calls, arranging meetings, and taking/distributing minutes
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
ExperienceSignificant work experience and in‑depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
Compensation and BenefitsBase salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
Minimum salary: $78,720. Maximum salary: $118,080.
