Mobile Service Coordinator

Coast Counties Truck & Equipment Company is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator to schedule and support mobile truck service for fleet and owner-operator customers. In this role, you'll coordinate field technician dispatch, confirm parts availability, open and track repair orders, and keep customers informed on ETAs and job status. You will work closely with service, parts, and sales teams to prioritize calls, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, customer-focused, comfortable with service software, and thrive in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments for fleet and individual customers.
• Dispatch field technicians and communicate ETAs, priorities, and job details.
• Verify parts availability and coordinate with the parts department for mobile jobs.
• Open, update, and close work orders in the service management system.
• Provide proactive status updates and follow-up to customers.
• Support safety and compliance standards in all service activities.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to optimize resource use.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation.
