Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Service Coordinator to oversee commercial and corporate relocation projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing move logistics, documentation, customer communication, and internal coordination to ensure a smooth relocation experience. This is a professional coordination role suited for someone comfortable managing multiple moving parts and high-touch client interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned corporate and commercial moves from initial setup through completion
- Coordinate surveys, timelines, estimates, and approvals with internal teams and external partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear expectations and consistent communication
- Review estimates and documentation for accuracy prior to execution
- Partner with operations and dispatch teams to confirm scheduling, crews, and equipment
- Track job status in internal systems and maintain up-to-date records throughout the move lifecycle
- Monitor active moves, identify potential service issues, and escalate concerns when needed
- Handle required documentation, including billing support and post-move paperwork
- Conduct post-move follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs
- Support issue resolution, including service adjustments or claims initiation when applicable
- At least 2 years of experience in moving coordination
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple active projects
- Hourly during contract; salaried upon conversion
- 100% on-site role
