Manager, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Activities

Toran I is a value-led, fast-moving organization where curiosity, accountability, and care go hand in hand and your impact on how we innovate and scale will be felt every day. As we continue to grow, baby, grow; we’re looking for a Manager of PLM to strengthen PLM as a true business enabler; improving predictability, reducing rework, and ensuring changes and end-of-life decisions are managed with the same rigor as new product launches.

We’re looking for a PLM Activities Manager to own how Torani products move through their full lifecycle in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This role ensures every product follows a clear, consistent path from concept and launch through updates, changes, and eventual sun setting with PLM as the single source of truth.

As the business owner of lifecycle flow in PLM, you will define the stages, required inputs, milestones, and decision points that move products forward. You’ll clarify what must happen, when it must happen, and who is accountable, creating alignment and transparency across teams. You’ll also continuously evaluate and improve the process.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks—we flavor lives. As a Certified B Corporation, we believe shared success starts with empowered people and thoughtful systems. Here, you’ll be trusted to own meaningful work, partner deeply across teams, and build processes that make everyone’s work better.

Success Factors (First 12–24 Months)
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): You will have established a clearly defined and consistently followed lifecycle flow within the PLM system. Lifecycle stages, entry and exit criteria, required inputs, and approvals are well understood and applied across teams, with PLM serving as the authoritative source for lifecycle status and readiness across all product phases.
  • Lifecycle Change, Maintenance & Sun setting Leader: You will have embedded structured PLM processes to support product changes, reformulations, packaging updates, lifecycle extensions, and product sun setting. These activities are governed, traceable, and aligned with downstream operational and commercial needs, ensuring continuity and clarity throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment Through (PLM): You will have created strong alignment across R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and IT by setting clear PLM-based requirements and expectations. Teams understand their responsibilities within PLM and deliver inputs in a timely, coordinated manner that keeps lifecycle flow moving.
  • Governance, Performance & Decision Discipline Leader: You will have reinforced disciplined PLM governance by ensuring lifecycle decisions are made at defined points and documented within the system. You will have defined and monitored PLM performance indicators that measure lifecycle flow, timeliness, and adherence—using data to surface risks, guide prioritization, and support informed trade-off decisions.
  • People & PLM Capability Builder: You will have developed a strong, effective PLM function by setting clear expectations for execution, supporting system adoption, and enabling the Senior PLM Administrator to operate with confidence, accountability, and autonomy.
  • Have a little fun! You bring clarity, energy, and a sense of shared purpose to complex work. You celebrate progress, keep teams engaged, and remind us that building great systems can and should feel good.
What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems in a CPG or manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing or coaching PLM administrators or similar roles, with a people-first leadership approach
  • Experience defining and using PLM performance metrics to reinforce lifecycle discipline and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end lifecycle flow, including change management and product sun setting, within a PLM system
  • Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment through clear PLM requirements, governance, and decision structures
