Analyst, Co-Man & 3PL Deployment

At Torani, we’re not just scaling, we’re building for long-term greatness. That means going beyond quick fixes to create systems, programs, and infrastructure that fuel sustainable performance. As our business continues to grow, we’ve expanded into a new, state-of-the-art, 300,000-square-foot distribution center and implemented a new Warehouse Management System designed to scale with us. With that growth comes added complexity and the need for clear insights, dependable data, and better coordination across our distribution operation.

As our Co‑Man & 3PL Deployment Analyst, you’ll support efforts to improve how we track and deliver on our service commitments. You’ll work closely with team members in Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, Co‑Man & 3PL Partners and Planning to monitor performance, identify delivery and service issues, and support efforts to improve accuracy and efficiency. Specifically, you will help ensure that purchase orders with our co‑manufacturers are created, tracked, and maintained accurately in our systems — keeping information flowing and preventing delays that could impact production and customer deliveries.

Why You’ll Love Working Here: At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks - we flavor lives. As a proud Certified B Corporation, we’re committed to using business as a force for good. You’ll be part of a team that leads with heart, lifts each other up, and works together to build something bigger. We’re growing fast, and we want people who grow with us, people who lead with purpose, learn with curiosity, and love what they do.

Success

Factors (First 12–18 Months)
  • Co‑Manufacturer PO Management: You consistently create, issue, and maintain purchase orders for co‑manufactured products with accuracy and attention to detail, giving our teams confidence that production plans can be executed without disruption. You will develop a strong understanding of our co‑manufacturers’ planning systems and how they connect with ours, making you a key resource for keeping everything aligned. You will have an eye for accuracy and will ensure that pricing, quantities, product specifications and delivery dates are verified and correct.
  • Data Support for Process Improvement: You’ve supported operational improvements by helping collect, analyze and interpret data related to outbound delivery flow, order accuracy, and dock scheduling. By working closely with operations leaders, you’ve helped surface useful insights that lead to practical improvements. You’ve played a key role in making sure that the data we track gets used, not just stored, and that your teammates can trust the numbers you manage.
  • WMS & Systems Reporting: You’ve learned how to navigate our WMS and other core systems to support the flow of outbound orders. You’ve helped identify and flag inconsistencies, tracked system-related delays, and provided reporting and analytics that help leaders make more informed decisions. Your work has helped to enable better planning, smoother execution, and greater visibility across the board.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination & Communication: You’ve become a reliable partner across operations, helping coordinate service‑related information between Co‑Man & 3PL partners, Planning, Warehouse, Transportation, and Customer Service. Whether it’s sharing a report, updating a status, or flagging a delivery delay, you’ve kept the right people informed and contributed to better alignment across teams. Your communication is timely and clear, and your follow‑through helps things move more smoothly for everyone.
  • You Make Work More Fun: Whether it’s your attitude, humor, or energy – you bring a little extra brightness to every day.
What You’ll Bring :
  • 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
  • Knowledge of reporting processes, with a curiosity about how things work and how they can be improved
  • Proficiency working with Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas); exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with key service metrics like OTIF, fill rate, and dwell time
