SERVPRO of San Francisco, West Oakland, Stockton is currently seeking a Construction Field Coordinator in our Bay Area location, who will also assist in the Central Valley.

Do you have a passion for helping people? Are you familiar with basic construction processes and looking to grow within the industry? This may be your opportunity to partner with our elite team of Project Managers, providing support while receiving a valuable education in Project Management.

In this position, you will be making a difference everyday for those impacted by fire, water damage, mold, and other events that disrupt homes and businesses. The Field Coordinator will spend a significant portion of their day on job sites, procuring permits, delivering materials, and expanding their knowledge base through various project-related tasks.

Entry Level & Experienced - While experience is always beneficial, we are happy to train a candidate with the right attitude, fits our team culture, and has a passion for learning and customer service. This is a great stepping stone into the construction field and we pride ourselves on promoting from within.

• Previous experience in the construction industry – work or education
• Basic understanding of structural materials
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Clean Driving Record
• Ambition to learn and grow

• Learn & utilize supporting technology – Docusketch, Encircle, Matterport, etc.
• Learn & utilize proprietary Servpro systems
• Attend preliminary walkthroughs with Project Manager
• Perform inspections to gather information for Construction Estimators
• Assist in collecting documentation, deposits, and samples
• Transport materials as requested
• Visit various cities to pull project permits
• Assist in coordinating vendors – temp toilets, fencing, security, etc.
• Possibly become the point person to aid client material selection
• Other tasks as assigned by Management – responsibilities will grow as experience evolves.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
