Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

- Oversee commercial re‑roof & repair projects from scope to closeout
- Conduct site walks, develop scopes, pricing, and proposals
- Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout each project
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field coordination
- Prepare estimates for repairs, re‑roofs, and maintenance scopes
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Support service/repair teams with pricing, inspections, and client communication
- 3–10+ years in commercial roofing OR related construction (exteriors preferred)
- Experience with commercial roofing systems (single‑ply, BUR, coatings, metal, etc.)
- Ability to estimate, price, and sell scopes confidently
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Organized PM mindset with a customer‑service approach
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to be in the field regularly
- Ability to pass a background test/drug screening
