Construction Field Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Learn & use supporting technology – Docusketch, Encircle, Matterport, etc.
• Learn & use proprietary Servpro systems
• Attend preliminary walkthroughs with Project Manager
• Perform inspections to gather information for Construction Estimators
• Assist in collecting documentation, deposits, and samples
• Transport materials as requested
• Visit various cities to pull project permits
• Assist in coordinating vendors – temp toilets, fencing, security, etc.
• Possibly become the point person to aid client material selection
• Other tasks as assigned by Management – responsibilities will grow as experience evolves.

• Previous experience in the construction industry – work or education
• Basic understanding of structural materials
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Clean Driving Record
• Ambition to learn and grow

Demonstrates a foundational understanding of structural materials and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic construction environment. Proficient in utilizing various technologies and systems to support project execution and vendor coordination.
