We're seeking a motivated Receptionist as our Business Development Center Representative (BDC) to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:- Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts to assist customers.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential leads.
- Provide excellent customer service while promoting our dealership's inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.

What We're Looking For:- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a bonus, but not required.
- BDC experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
