Compensation:  Compensation: $375,000 base salary + $25,000 retention bonus after 90 days + additional $25,000 after year 1

Additional Info:
The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinic quality and medical patient care services to ensure quality patient outcomes. The Medical Director will work collaboratively with clinic leaders (Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health) to ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures and protocols. The Medical Director will dedicate 70 - 80% of their time to direct patient care and 20 - 30% to administrative leadership.
