Medical assistant instructor, veterinary technician instructor, pharmacy technology instructor

This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Medical Assistant Instructor, Veterinary Technician Instructor, or Pharmacy Technology Instructor, based in San Leandro, CA. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands‑on training sessions that cover theoretical concepts and practical applications in their respective fields. Daily tasks include preparing course materials, facilitating interactive learning experiences, assessing student progress, providing mentorship, and ensuring compliance with curriculum standards.

The instructor will also promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires student success.

• Expert knowledge and experience in Medical Assisting, Veterinary Technology, or Pharmacy Technology, supported by relevant certifications and practical expertise.
• Instructional skills, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in an engaging manner.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to mentor and guide diverse groups of learners.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment with a student‑centric approach to education.
• Proficiency in using modern educational tools and technology for teaching purposes.
• Previous teaching or training experience, and familiarity with classroom management, is highly preferred.
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as an associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or professional certifications in the applicable field.
