Job Summary

Instructional Design & Learning Development role  successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions across multiple formats while managing LMS administration, compliance training, analytics, and technology platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop learning solutions (ILT, webinars, eLearning, job aids, blended programs).
  • Translate complex content into structured learning experiences and partner with SMEs to validate accuracy.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) to build scenarios and assessments.
  • Coordinate onsite training logistics and facilitate sessions as needed.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve learning design and production.
  • Administer the LMS: set up and test courses, manage assignments, access, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Publish and maintain SCORM content ensuring quality navigation and readiness for launches and compliance deadlines.
  • Manage compliance training and assignments across Manufacturing, Corporate, and Restaurant & Retail units, monitor completion and flag gaps/risks.
  • Produce reports and dashboards on completion, participation, engagement, and compliance; analyze learning data and recommend program improvements.
  • Administer Linked In Learning, support Alkheim initiatives, and partner with HR/IT on LMS enhancements, integrations, and improvements.
  • Support Workday training readiness: create and maintain training materials, job aids, and resources; configure learning systems and course assignments, and coordinate stakeholders/logistics for Workday rollout activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning program development.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning) and intermediate skills in training authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora).
  • Experience designing and developing learning solutions across multiple formats, including ILT, webinars, and digital learning.
  • Knowledge of training and organizational development theories and instructional design models such as ADDIE, SCORM, and AICC.
  • Preferred:
    Continuous Training & Design Certification or equivalent.
  • Facilitating training sessions, workshops, or virtual learning programs.
  • Use of AI tools to support learning design, content creation, or training development.
  • Supporting HRIS or LMS implementations, preferably Workday.
  • Experience in multi‑division organizations, including corporate, operational, or retail environments.
Compensation

Salary range: $83,800 – $108,929.
