- Lead multiple preschool-aged children in a classroom, working to teach them both social skills and educational foundations, such as colors and numbers
- Prepare weekly lesson plans that are age-appropriate, allowing students to more easily grasp concepts

- Work with students to enforce rules in the classroom and on the playground, demonstrating safe and friendly behavior
