You will lead a group of about eight technicians, overseeing build execution, quality, and safety while collaborating with mechanical and software engineers to deploy next-generation solar installation robots.
You will mentor technicians, refine assembly processes, and develop documentation and SOPs, ensuring a strong safety culture and on-site presence five days a week.
