Customer Service Representative Position In San Leandro, CA!

360 has a Temp-to-Hire opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative position for one of our TRUSTED clients! This is an incredible opportunity to grow with an established company. Immediate openings, apply TODAY! Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 DOE

Shift: 6:30 AM Start Time

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Enter and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and transfers within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents as requested.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records.

• Experience in construction materials, building products, industrial distribution, or related industries.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, Eclipse, Prophet 21, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Background check prior to start date.
