This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may later move to a nearby location within a reasonable commuting distance, as permitted by applicable law. The role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions using self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.

- Efficiently manages time and capacity.
- Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Must work weekends and/or extended hours and be willing to travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift and HoursShift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.

Hourly pay $25.00 – $27.88, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Predictable pay. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
