U.S. Bank is seeking Client Relationship Consultants to build and maintain relationships with customers across multiple channels.
Responsibilities- Engage customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide counsel and support.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information.
- Educate clients on deposit and loan products, digital services and recommend solutions based on unique goals.
- Perform proactive outreach, follow‑up and relationship building activities.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit credit applications.
- Utilize self‑service digital products and technologies to optimize client experience and deliver operational excellence.
- Collaborate with branch team members to deliver comprehensive client service.
- Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NMLS, Regulation Z).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4–5 years of retail banking or related experience, or comparable training.
- Valid NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z (subject to criminal and credit background check).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal, written, and digital communication abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach.
- Experience selling or promoting banking products and digital services.
- Knowledge of all retail banking products and services.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience demonstrating and supporting digital and self‑service tools.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.
