Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Sr. Technical Project Manager San Leandro, CA (Hybrid).

You'll drive collaboration between technical and business teams for large-scale web and native application projects. This is a highly impactful role within a 500-member organization, offering the chance to lead transformative UI framework initiatives without requiring hands-on front-end coding. If you excel at project management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership, this 12-month contract—with strong prospects for extension—offers an exciting path for career growth.

Contract Duration: 12 Months likely extending to 24 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in program management or technical leadership, preferably in a web or UI framework domain.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to socialize concepts and lead projects across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from various disciplines.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) within large organizations.
  • No hands-on front-end coding required; focus is on coordination, leadership, and delivery.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead and manage multiple program initiatives in the UI framework domain for native and web applications.
  • Collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Champion process improvements and best practices for program management.
  • Drive accountability, timelines, and quality standards for deliverables.
