Position: Oracle Application Database Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Database & Applications Administrator to support a mission-critical Oracle environment. This role is responsible for the stability, performance, availability, and security of Oracle 19c RAC databases and Oracle E-Business Suite (12.1/12.2) running on Exadata and Linux. The ideal candidate has strong production DBA experience and deep familiarity with Oracle EBS in a 24/7 enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle 19c RAC databases and Oracle EBS 12.1/12.2 (HR, Financials, Payroll)
• Manage Exadata / Oracle Engineered Systems, Data Guard, and RMAN backups
• Perform environment cloning, patching, upgrades, and release support
• Support middleware and application servers (Web Logic, Tomcat, ORDS/APEX)
• Monitor and tune database and application performance
• Collaborate with developers, business users, auditors, and vendors
• Maintain documentation, security controls, and operational procedures

Required Experience

• 5-10+ years of Oracle DBA / Oracle Apps DBA experience
• Production support of Oracle RAC, Exadata, and EBS
• Strong Linux (Red Hat / Oracle Linux) administration
• Hands-on experience with Data Guard, RMAN, patching, and cloning
• Experience supporting business-critical, high-availability systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
