SRE (Apigee OPDK, Dev Ops)

San Leandro, Phoenix, Charlotte and Dallas as last preference (day 1 onsite)

Job Description:

• 8 + years of IT experience who has worked on Apigee OPDK, Dev Ops
• Building software and systems while managing the platform infrastructure and applications.
• Knowing how to code, typically in a variety of languages, both in a structured and OOP way.
• Knowing Apigee OPDK, Java and Dev Ops
• Having a Bachelor's degree in computer science or some equivalent, highly technical discipline.
• Previous success in technical engineering is going to be preferable.
• Understanding a variety of operating systems — most commonly, but not limited to, Linux — as you will be using them regularly.
• Managing the continuous integration/continuous development pipeline (CI/CD). You’ll probably be tasked with building this pipeline from scratch.
• Experience with cloud-based distributed technologies such as dynamic resource management frameworks (like Kubernetes, Mesos, or Yarn), GCP, Azure and AWS.
• Deep knowledge of version control (such as Git) and monitoring tools like Grafana, as well as a variety of databases (such as No
  
  SQL and MySQL).
• Manage and partner with development teams through taxing testing and release cycles.
• And lastly, there are the soft skills that you need to master. Communicate effectively with various people, teams, and in a multitude of situations.
