Print Production Associate
Location:
1700 Marina Blvd., San Leandro
Salary Range: $19.50 Hourly (fulltime)

Job OverviewThe Production Associate I is responsible for maintaining and operation of their primary stations & bindery equipment to company standards. Basic knowledge of printing machinery, cutting, folding, UV coating, sorting and binding machines is desired, but not required.
Responsibilities and Duties- Punctual and dependable.
- Able to work quickly and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, able to read and interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address proactively.
- Able to evaluate projects and provide input on productivity and quality improvements.
- Organized and experienced in managing multiple priorities
- Open to helping other departments like sorting, coating cutting etc.
- Basic computer, verbal and written communication skills
- Working in a manufacturing (warehouse) environment
- Ability to lift 40lbs.
- Working with heavy machinery like Bindery & Finishing Equipment
- Able to stand or/and walk for 70-90% of shift.
