We are seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Technician who thrives on building high-performance, cutting-edge robotic systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll assemble and test advanced unmanned aerial and control systems used in mission-critical environments. Responsibilities- Assemble high-precision robotic and controller components in a fast-paced production environment
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure consistent, top-tier builds
- Perform inspection and functional testing of sub-assemblies and final units for reliability and performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support prototype builds and provide feedback on design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical and electrical issues
- Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and work instructions to scale production effectively
- Assist in validating new parts and equipment before integration into production
- Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team culture focused on quality and innovation
- Meet daily and weekly production goals with consistency and precision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Hands-on technician experience in robotics, medical devices, consumer electronics, or mid-scale manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to assemble and debug miniaturized electromechanical systems such as UAVs, camera modules, or gimbals
- Strong manual dexterity for working with small components, micro connectors, flex cables, and fine-gauge wiring
- Familiarity with hand tools, precision drivers, and safe handling of high/low voltage systems
- Ability to read and work from assembly drawings, CAD models, and process sheets
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and a quality-focused mindset
- Capable of root cause analysis and proposing effective countermeasures
- Solid communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative team
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, Teams, Confluence, Jira, or PLM systems
- Preferred: background in troubleshooting, debugging, and reworking RMAs
