We are seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Technician who thrives on building high-performance, cutting-edge robotic systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll assemble and test advanced unmanned aerial and control systems used in mission-critical environments. • Assemble high-precision robotic and controller components in a fast-paced production environment
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure consistent, top-tier builds
• Perform inspection and functional testing of sub-assemblies and final units for reliability and performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support prototype builds and provide feedback on design for manufacturability (DFM)
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical and electrical issues
• Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and work instructions to scale production effectively
• Assist in validating new parts and equipment before integration into production
• Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team culture focused on quality and innovation
• Meet daily and weekly production goals with consistency and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Hands-on technician experience in robotics, medical devices, consumer electronics, or mid-scale manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to assemble and debug miniaturized electromechanical systems such as UAVs, camera modules, or gimbals
• Strong manual dexterity for working with small components, micro connectors, flex cables, and fine-gauge wiring
• Familiarity with hand tools, precision drivers, and safe handling of high/low voltage systems
• Ability to read and work from assembly drawings, CAD models, and process sheets
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and a quality-focused mindset
• Capable of root cause analysis and proposing effective countermeasures
• Solid communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative team
• Proficiency with tools like Excel, Teams, Confluence, Jira, or PLM systems
• Preferred: background in troubleshooting, debugging, and reworking RMAs
