• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level.
• Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks.
• Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies.
• Partner directly with front-line teams using a hands-on, floor-based leadership approach.
• Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full-scale rollouts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support.
• Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience OR High School Diploma / GED with 8+ years of manufacturing CI experience.
• Preferred:
  Master’s Degree.
• Certifications:
  
  Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma; manufacturing operations and plant-level continuous improvement; data analytics using process and financial metrics; leading CI projects from concept through implementation.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and to drive sustainable change in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
