- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level.
- Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks.
- Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies.
- Partner directly with front-line teams using a hands-on, floor-based leadership approach.
- Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full-scale rollouts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support.
- Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
- Travel up to 20% as needed.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience OR High School Diploma / GED with 8+ years of manufacturing CI experience. - Preferred:
Master’s Degree. - Certifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred. - Experience:
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma; manufacturing operations and plant-level continuous improvement; data analytics using process and financial metrics; leading CI projects from concept through implementation. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and to drive sustainable change in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
