Battery Manufacturing Specialist – Electrode Coating
We are seeking a Battery Manufacturing Specialist with experience in Li-ion battery production and electrode slurry coating processes. This role will support electrode manufacturing operations, including coating, quality verification, and process execution in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor electrode slurry coating equipment (slot die coating preferred).
- Verify coating quality, loading, and process parameters.
- Support slurry preparation and mixing activities as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate production records.
- Work collaboratively to meet production and quality objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience with electrode slurry coating; slot die coating strongly preferred.
- Experience performing coating quality checks and loading verification.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Li-ion battery slurry mixing experience.
- Roll-to-roll or pilot-line manufacturing experience.
- Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with battery cell assembly and related processes.
Schedule:
- Primarily 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Flexibility to work occasional extended shifts, including early starts (7:00 AM) or later finishes (up to 8:00 PM) 1–2 days per week.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
