Inlyte Energy seeks a senior operations leader to bring up a new factory in the US, reporting to the Head of Operations in San Leandro. You will assemble a cross-functional team, select equipment, and manage the ramp to full production of innovative sodium metal chloride batteries.
You will oversee lean manufacturing, safety, and ROI-led decision making, including collaboration with UK pilots, with travel to UK and US sites as required.
