Manufacturing Operations Excellence Manager – Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement Leader

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level
• Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks
• Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies
• Partner directly with front‑line teams using a hands‑on, floor‑based leadership approach
• Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full‑scale rollouts
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support
• Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts
• Travel up to 20% as needed

Education:

• o Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience OR
• o High School Diploma / GED with 8+ years of manufacturing CI experience

• Preferred:
  Master’s Degree
• Certifications:
  
  Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred

Experience:

• o Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma
• o Manufacturing operations and plant‑level continuous improvement
• o Data analytics using process and financial metrics
• o Leading CI projects from concept through implementation

Proven ability to:

• o Influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority
• o Drive sustainable change in fast‑paced manufacturing environments
