The Perinatal Nurse Manager will guide a vibrant, high-acuity unit averaging approximately 350-500 births each month
, delivering comprehensive services across labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum. You will drive initiatives centered on patient safety, clinical excellence, throughput, and operational efficiency, supported by modern equipment and a cohesive interdisciplinary team. This is a rare opportunity to shape outcomes directly in a fast-moving, complex care environment.

• Oversee approximately 25 FTEs and steward day-to-day operations, staffing, and resource management.
• Champion quality improvement and patient safety programs.
• Mentor and develop staff, and collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, anesthesia, neonatology, and ancillary partners.
• Implement initiatives that enhance patient safety, clinical excellence, throughput, and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Director of Women’s Services, this maternal child health leadership position is situated in Northern California in the San Francisco Bay Area.
