Seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for adult psychiatric patients in an acute care hospital. The RN will assess, monitor, and manage behavioral health patients while collaborating with Mental Health Technicians (MHTs) and the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
- -Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health RN experience
- -Active RN License (State of practice)
- -BLS (AHA) – Required
- -TEAM, TEAM-A, or CPI Certification – Required
- -ACLS – Required
- -PALS – Required
- -Shift: Days & Night Shift | 5 × 8 hours
- -Every shift works alongside Mental Health Technicians (MHTs)
- -Behavioral Medicine Unit (BMU): 10-bed unit | 1:5 RN-to-patient ratio (Medical/Psych)
- -Mental Health Unit (MHU): 21-bed unit | 1:6 RN-to-patient ratio
