• Lead the implementation of best practice models in patient care delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Monitor resource needs to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
• Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise.
• Create developmental opportunities and build collaborative relationships.
• Oversee implementation of organizational changes and best practices.
• Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

• Leadership experience in a clinical setting

• Current RN License in California
