• Ensure construction quality by conducting field inspections and material testing
• Collaborate with owners, contractors, and project teams

• High school diploma or equivalent (College education is a plus!)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• At minimum have ACI Field Tech 1 or Nuclear Safety Gauge Certificate
• Certification in any of the following is a bonus, but we can help you get there:
• CALTRANS certifications
• ICC Reinforced Concrete
• ICC Masonry
• ICC Fireproofing
• ICC Pre-Stressed Concrete
• ICC High Strength Bolting
• ICC Structural Steel or CWI
• 3+ years of Special Inspection, Materials Testing, Civil Inspection, or related experience
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience mentoring and managing staff
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe products
• College education
• Certifications such as Nuclear Gauge Safety Certification, Aggregate Testing Technician Level I, ACI Concrete Field Technician Grade I, Concrete Strength Testing Technician, Caltrans, or related industry certifications
