Human Bees is currently hiring a CMM Programmer Level 4 for a leading aerospace manufacturing company in San Leandro, CA.
This is a full-time day shift opportunity for an experienced CMM professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CMM machines using established programs, performing dimensional and visual inspections on precision components, and ensuring all products meet quality specifications.
Responsibilities- Perform dimensional inspections using CMM equipment, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Perform visual inspections according to company procedures.
- Complete deburring as needed.
- Maintain lot integrity and accurate inspection documentation.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Previous CMM programming and inspection experience required.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
