Quality Assurance Technician - Co-Manufacturing, 1st Shift

Ensuring every product meets Torani's high standards for food safety, quality, and consistency, regardless of where it's made is essential to protecting our brand and delivering the experiences our customers expect.
The QA Technician for Co-Manufacturing helps ensure our quality programs are consistently executed across our network of external manufacturing partners. In this role, you'll partner closely with internal teams to support food safety and quality systems, product evaluations, documentation, Positive Release, audit readiness, and continuous improvement efforts that help ensure our co-manufacturing partners consistently meet Torani's standards. Building on your foundational quality knowledge, you'll expand your expertise while helping protect the quality and integrity of every product that carries the Torani name.

Success Factors (First 12-24 Months)- Co-Manufacturing Quality Support: You became a trusted member of the Quality team supporting Torani's co-manufacturing program. As your understanding of our products, quality systems, and external manufacturing processes grew, you consistently executed the quality activities that helped ensure our products met Torani's high standards. Through your attention to detail, strong organization, and collaborative approach, you helped maintain confidence in the products our co-manufacturing partners produced on behalf of Torani.
- Food Safety & Quality Execution: You developed a strong understanding of Torani's food safety and quality programs and consistently executed them with accuracy and attention to detail. From reviewing Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and supporting Positive Release to conducting product sensory evaluations and reviewing quality documentation, you helped ensure Co-Manufactured products consistently met Torani's quality standards before reaching our customers. Your commitment to doing the work right helped protect both our consumers and our brand.
- Audit & Compliance: You became someone others could rely on to keep quality documentation organized, complete, and audit-ready. Working closely with internal teams and our co-manufacturing partners, you helped ensure quality activities aligned with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Torani's food safety standards. Your organization, follow-through, and attention to detail helped create confidence that information was accurate, accessible, and ready whenever it was needed.
- Quality Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: As your understanding of our products, quality systems, and co-manufacturing processes grew, you became increasingly confident identifying quality concerns, investigating routine issues, and recognizing trends that deserved further attention. Whether supporting complaint investigations, reviewing documentation, or sharing observations from product evaluations or site visits, your curiosity and attention to detail helped strengthen our quality systems.
By asking thoughtful questions and contributing ideas, you helped improve the way we worked over time. - Collaboration & Communication: You became known as a collaborative and dependable partner who kept quality at the center of every conversation. You communicate observations clearly, escalated concerns promptly, and worked closely with teammates to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Through your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to shared success, you helped build strong partnerships that supported consistent quality across our co-manufacturing program.
