Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi-Site Property Manager based in East Bay, CA. The Multi-Site Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple multifamily properties, including resident relations, budget management, property maintenance, and staff oversight. Responsibilities include implementing leasing strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing vendor relationships, preparing financial reports, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.

The role requires effective coordination with various teams to achieve operational excellence and maximize property performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong property management experience, including tenant relations and lease administration
  • Skills in budget preparation, financial analysis, and expense management
  • Proficiency in team leadership, staff management, and vendor coordination
  • Knowledge of property maintenance, safety practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Working knowledge of real estate management software and general computer skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in multifamily properties or real estate investment is advantageous
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Salary and Benefits

$75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
