About the Role

The Ford Store San Leandro is seeking Cashiers, Greeters, Valets and Porters. We provide a supportive, energetic environment where team members help create a superior customer experience.

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop‑off and pick‑up.
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations as required.
• Clean, wash, vacuum and polish vehicles; install floor mats and covers.
• Monitor tire pressure, add air and fuel as needed.
• Prioritize vehicles for delivery or washing based on appearance.
• Maintain the store, showroom, and lot in a clean, presentable condition.

• Process payments for products and services, approving checks and credit cards.
• Count money and balance the cash drawer at day’s end.
• Work with accounting on discrepancies.
• Maintain files, logs and paperwork in an organized manner.
• Handle transactions swiftly and courteously.

• At least one year of progressive customer service work experience.
• Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and proven results.
• Team player focused on delivering exemplary service.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum age 18 and a valid in‑state driver’s license.
• Physical: standing, walking, bending, stretching, kneeling, squatting; lifting 25–50 lbs; ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Familiarity with computer systems and retail sales a plus.
