Our Industrial Sales Executive is responsible for developing business-to-business relationships within the assigned industrial market to promote and sell Rehlko industrial products. Responsibilities include soliciting potential customers and traveling to customer locations to sell Rehlko products. This role requires finding sales opportunities, contacting many potential customers, demonstrating the industrial product, and closing the sale with the customer. A balance of construction and electrical knowledge as well as a detail-oriented mindset is required to ensure all aspects of a job are captured.

A significant part of this role will be spent after regular work hours entertaining customers.

Responsibilities
  • Seek to develop new business through sales calls, organizing sales visits and other activities.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
  • Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Establish new business: quote, follow up and sell Rehlko industrial products.
  • Deliver direct customer support: technical support, problem solving & resolution for all customer issues.
  • Help customers and employees with product specifications, model numbers, and pricing.
  • Work with inside sales staff in a team environment on estimates.
  • Stay involved in projects and work directly with the Pm team to ensure customer is always taken care of.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5-6 years’ work experience, especially with Customer Service, Generator experience, Mechanical/Electrical, or Construction
  • Ability to meet deadlines and make critical decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be available to travel and be away from home when needed.
  • Ability to handle high stress situations.
  • Ability to be responsible for large dollar decisions.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and have a company first mentality.
  • Ability to work longer hours as needed when working on high priority projects
  • Detailed oriented individual.

Compensation & Benefits

As a BCEW team member, you will enjoy a total compensation package that includes competitive pay and benefits.

  • Salary:
    Salary range for this role is $50,000 - $57,000 annual base salary, dependent upon experience; $50,000 - $200,000 Annual Sales Commission potential in area of responsibility.

    Note:

    certain accounts are considered ‘house accounts’ and will not be included in the commission.
