Sr. Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional to serve as the company’s front line contact with customers, understanding their equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and providing outstanding service and administrative support.

• Serve telephone and walk‑in customers with rental equipment purchases across construction and industrial sectors.
• Understand customer equipment needs, recommend solutions, negotiate pricing, and place orders.
• Manage administrative tasks related to order entry, customer records, and documentation.
• Support dispatch of equipment deliveries and coordinate logistics.
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience, or 4‑year degree plus 1 year of experience in equipment rental.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of DOT qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language preferred in some locations.

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching.
• Lifting 50 pounds or more.
• Operating both indoors and outdoors as required.

Base pay range: $27.65 - $32.84 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
