We’re looking for a driven Account Manager who loves both people and plants — someone who enjoys being out on properties, spotting opportunities, and turning ideas into projects. If you thrive on client interaction, teamwork, and delivering results, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with HOA and commercial property clients.
- Perform regular property walks and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.
- Prepare and present clear, well-detailed proposals and estimates.
- Sell enhancement work and support maintenance renewals.
- Oversee project execution — materials, scheduling, crews, and job quality.
- Collaborate with supervisors and the owner to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
- Track work progress and follow up on proposals to keep your pipeline moving.
