Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Associate for our San Leandro, CA team.

This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. This role is in the office and is based in San Leandro, CA.

• Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude
• Display leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasks
• Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level of customer services during job preparation and execution
• Provide administrative support to Technical services department
• Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutions
• Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). in data entry for job paperwork in office
• Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects
• Contact clients and schedule various environmental services
• Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients
• Create client invoices based off job paperwork

• Bachelors or Associates degree required
• Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Prior customer service experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation

Pay Range: $25—$25 USD
