Johnson Controls, the leading Building Technology OEM for Healthcare, Manufacturing, Higher Education, K12 and Commercial Real Estate, is seeking skilled HVAC Tradesmen to join our growing business. This role provides hands‑on experience with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial HVAC equipment in the world.

• Perform mechanical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting under the direction of the Employer.
• Respond to basic warranty calls, keeping JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues.
• Diagnose and resolve performance problems on HVAC equipment.
• Provide recommendations and upsell opportunities to ensure facility efficiency.
• Prepare quotes supporting recommendations and solutions.

• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipe fitters.

Hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.

The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. Candidates with exceptional skills may be considered beyond the stated range.
