Lead React Developer

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing React.js-based applications using Redux. Strong proficiency with Node.js, Webpack, and other tools related to React front-end development. Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and development tools. Experience developing enterprise-grade responsive web applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing web applications using front-end technologies and related testing tools and methodologies.

Experience working in Agile environments, including daily stand-ups, Scrum ceremonies, and accountability to the software development team. Responsibilities:
Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing situations with a focus on delivering the best customer experience. Lead the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems. Conduct frequent brainstorming sessions, motivate teams, and drive innovation while helping managers guide the career growth of their team members. Make sound technical decisions and judgments. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
