Main Responsibilities
  • Greeting our customers and ensuring they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
  • Performing vehicle readiness inspections to confirm tire, fluid, and other basic maintenance items are completed.
  • Ensuring facilities remain clean and safe for customers and associates.
  • Building your skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs.
  • Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

General Requirements
  • High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work outside.
  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management.
  • Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies, including correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established safety practices.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
  • Driver qualifications: current DOT records, motor vehicle records check, DOT physical, and safety performance history records from prior employers in the last three years. CDL holders will undergo DOT drug screening within 30 days of start and FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
  • Willingness to work required schedule, location, complete Penske employment application, background screening (criminal checks, past employment, and education), drug screen, and physical as required by DOT, including potential nearby travel for training.
Physical Requirements
  • Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods.
  • Use hands routinely to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and/or operate required tools or controls.
  • Work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
  • Work safely in all weather conditions.
  • Maintain vision and hearing to navigate the work environment safely.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg). Pushing or pulling truck tires that exceed 100 lbs may be required.

Tues‑Fri 12:00 pm–8:30 pm and Sat 7:00 am–3:30 pm
