Compensation
Annual compensation is between $75,000 – $92,000 and is comprised of a base hourly wage plus commission.

This position requires flexibility, including early‑morning start times (often around 3:00 am) and varying workdays. Days off are typically Wednesday and Sunday.
Responsibilities- Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products as a Route Sales Representative (RSR).
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and build strong relationships with customers.
- Inspect delivery vehicle daily, record maintenance issues, and complete required logs (driver, time, hours of service).
- Expand sales by increasing shelf space, creatively displaying in‑store promotions and displays, and ensuring proper product rotation.
- Use data and marketing plans to communicate with customers, plan, order, and execute sales strategies.
- Adapt to varying service windows, non‑traditional business hours, and DSD (Direct Store Delivery) environment.
- Show eagerness to learn industry knowledge and work independently or as part of a team.
- Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all regulations for a CMV.
- Carry or push up to 50 lb. regularly as needed.
- Provide bilingual service in English and Spanish if applicable.
- Delivery driver experience
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record
- Meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Adherence to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV
- Completion of company‑paid 4‑week RSR training
- Physical capability to push or pull up to 50 lb. on a regular basis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
