Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver!

Schedule | Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with mandatory overtime and 24/7/365 on-call availability as needed to support business operations, including after-hours, weekends, and potentially holidays. Pay Rate | Starting at $25/hour and may be higher based on experience.

• Safely operate a forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Perform physically demanding work, including manually moving, positioning, loading, and unloading water heaters and other warehouse materials.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Utilize RF scanners and/or Warehouse Management Systems to manage inventory and warehouse operations.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including manually moving, positioning, loading, and unloading water heaters and other warehouse materials.
• Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks, lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a Valid Drivers license
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
