Warehouse Picker Order Selector – San Leandro, CA

Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using a voice audio headset. Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to overhead. Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet. Hand shrink‑wrap orders with label and move completed orders to the loading dock area using an electronic pallet jack or walk‑ie‑rider equipment.

Perform general housekeeping duties and other warehouse tasks as assigned.

• Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other tasks as assigned.

• Full‑time
• Monday–Friday
• 12:00 pm – finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

We are looking for a self‑motivated and team‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. You must be comfortable spending the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

Pay: $25.27 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, and additional employee programs.

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to overhead throughout the shift.
• Ability to work while using a headset and the voice‑activated order selector picking system.
• Ability to hand shrink‑wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
