Location:
San Leandro, CA - Retail shop
Hourly base pay range: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr (California)

- Stock, store, label, pick, pack, and distribute materials and supplies
- Validate delivery of materials and provide a physical receipt
- Contribute to periodic inventory of warehouse materials
- Organize and maintain site warehouse items
- Review incoming and outgoing product invoices per company policy
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse/material handling equipment safely
- Uphold company policies and procedures (SOPs) related to distribution, safety, and more
- Perform general site housekeeping duties as required
- Load and unload service trucks with gas cylinders, containers, and supplies for scheduled route deliveries in coordination with the dispatcher
- Adhere to company policies, including safety and personal protective equipment use
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by building positive relationships with customers, vendors, co‑workers, and management
- Perform any reasonable work requested that falls within the qualifications but is not specifically described
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to push and/or pull up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two to five years of prior experience in warehouse operations preferred
- Strong background in gas, welding, safety supply, or chemical industry preferred
- Prior experience operating a forklift preferred
- Basic computer skills
